Cobble Gobble

A cozy walking game · iPhone

Gobble up
every street.

Every Old Town is a level.

Pick a European Old Town. Every one of its streets is lined with dots you collect by physically walking it — phone in your pocket, sound carrying the game. Finish a street and it lights up gold on your map. Landmarks are fruit bonuses.

No timers. No streaks. Nothing to lose.
The score only ever goes up.

Coming to the App Store, August 2026 · English & German · your first city is free.
Cobble Gobble on an iPhone showing Passau's Old Town, its streets painted gold as they are walked — 77 of 128 streets done, 1,012 of 1,740 dots, score 28,270. Fruit-bonus pins mark landmarks along the three rivers.

How it plays

The whole game, in four steps.

Pick a city.

Choose a European Old Town. Its streets download once, then it plays fully offline — no signal needed on the walk.

Walk a street.

Every street is a line of dots. You collect them by being there — no tapping, no aiming, phone in your pocket. Sound tells you what's happening.

Watch it turn gold.

Finish a street and it lights up gold on your map. Fill the whole Old Town and you've cleared the level.

Find the fruit.

Landmarks are fruit bonuses — a cathedral, a bridge, a market square — each with a one-line story worth walking to.

Heads-up by design

The walking game you play without looking.

The phone stays pocketed and audio carries the play. Nothing on screen ever needs your attention — which is exactly why it's one of very few games a blind or low-vision player can play the same way as everyone else.

  • Spoken updates read every street complete, fruit bonus, and level clear — and defer to your VoiceOver rate and voice.
  • A non-visual “Nearby streets” list reads each street as one sentence, with distances spelled out and compass directions that stay true in your pocket.
  • Audio keeps playing screen-locked, mixes with your music, and self-heals after a call.
  • Dynamic Type and full English & German, narration and labels both.

Nearby streets

“Höllgasse, 120 meters northeast, 3 of 14 dots.”

The accessible surface isn't a map you have to feel your way around — it's a clean, spoken list, nearest street first.

Pressure-free is cognitive accessibility, too. Nothing expires, nothing is lost. Play five minutes or an afternoon, stop anytime, come back anytime.

Privacy

Data Not Collected. I mean it.

An Always-location game that collects nothing is rare and honest. Your location is used only on your iPhone to notice which streets you've walked. It is never uploaded, never sent to me, never shared.

  • No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking SDKs, no advertising identifiers.
  • A city you own plays fully offline.
  • The only network calls are anonymous map-pack downloads, Apple's own StoreKit & Maps, and one non-personal iCloud value (which city you picked as free).
  • I genuinely couldn't see where you've walked, even if I wanted to.
